Effective date: September 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ZLDENIM handles information submitted through this website. The website is intended for business inquiries about denim fabrics, samples and sourcing.
Information we collect
When you send a fabric inquiry, availability request, quotation request, sample or swatch request, or sourcing request, we may collect your name, company, email address, country, inquiry type, fabric or Style No. reference, fabric requirements, requested quantity, target price, required date, optional notes, and any reference images or PDF files you choose to upload.
We also maintain inquiry administration information, such as an inquiry reference, status, submission time and notification-attempt status. To protect the website and reduce spam or duplicate submissions, we process limited technical information. This may include an IP-address-derived one-way hash used for a short-lived rate limit, a short-lived fingerprint of selected inquiry fields, security tokens, and relevant server or security logs.
How we use the information
We use this information to understand and respond to denim fabric requirements, check availability, prepare or discuss quotations, support sample or swatch requests, provide sourcing assistance, maintain business inquiry records, prevent spam and abuse, protect the website, and troubleshoot delivery or technical issues.
Uploaded reference files
You may voluntarily submit supported image or PDF files to help us understand your fabric requirements. These files are stored in restricted private server storage outside the public website directory and are not intentionally exposed through public URLs. Authorized website administrators may access them to handle the inquiry. Please avoid submitting information that is not necessary for your request. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Email notifications and replies
The website may send inquiry details to the designated ZLDENIM inquiry recipient and may send an acknowledgment to the email address you provide. Further replies may be handled through ZLDENIM’s email service. Email delivery necessarily involves the relevant mail and network providers.
Service providers and data sharing
ZLDENIM does not sell personal information to advertisers. Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the website and business communications, including hosting, email, website infrastructure, backup and security providers. Those providers may process limited information as needed to deliver their services or protect the systems involved.
Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for inquiry handling, business records, security, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Short-lived anti-spam and duplicate-detection records expire automatically.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls, private file storage, input validation, rate limiting and encrypted HTTPS transport, to reduce risk. No internet service or storage method is completely secure.
Cookies and technical storage
The public inquiry form uses security tokens and short-lived server-side state needed to submit and validate a request. WordPress uses cookies for authorized administrators who sign in. The website does not currently use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. If analytics or other tracking tools are introduced, this policy should be updated accordingly.
Business users and children
This website is intended for business users seeking denim fabrics or related sourcing support and is not directed to children.
Your questions and requests
To ask how your inquiry information is handled, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable, email june@zldenim.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where reasonably necessary for operational, security, dispute-handling or legal reasons.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website’s forms, service providers or data practices change. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
